Synopsis You have a question for tech support and would like to know how to submit a support request.
Solution Follow these steps to submit a support request:
Log into your admin area. You will need to enter a hostname if you are staff. System administrators do not need to include the hostname. The hostname is the first part of your URL; for example "greentree" would be the hostname for "http://greentree.dojiggy.com/".
Go to the Help Menu and click on Submit Support Request
Select the severity of the request: Medium, High, Urgent, Critical.
Entitle your request and provide as much detail as possible.

We will get back to you with a solution within 2-4 hours during working hours, Monday through Friday.
