How do I submit a support request?

Synopsis
You have a question for tech support and would like to know how to submit a support request.


Solution
Follow these steps to submit a support request:

  1. Log into your admin area.
    You will need to enter a hostname if you are staff.  System administrators do not need to include the hostname. The hostname is the first part of your URL; for example "greentree" would be the hostname for "http://greentree.dojiggy.com/".
  2. Go to the Help Menu and click on Submit Support Request

  3. Select the severity of the request: Medium, High, Urgent, Critical.
  4. Entitle your request and provide as much detail as possible.

If for any reason you cannot log-into your account, you may also submit a support request by emailing: services@techsupport-1.com.

We will get back to you with a solution within 2-4 hours during working hours, Monday through Friday.
